4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS
Cream butter in a large mixing bowl; gradually add sugar and spice, and beat until smooth at high speed. Stir in vanilla. Store in airtight container for 1 month in refrigerator or 3 months in
freezer.

4 c. pineapple juice
1 qt. (4 c.) milk
1 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
2/3 c. sugar

INSTRUCTIONS
Into a large pitcher, pour 2 cups pineapple juice and 2 cups milk, 3/4 teaspoon extract and 1/3 cup sugar. Stir well. Pour into ice cubes trays, freeze.
In the same pitcher, combine remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover, refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Makes 28 frozen cubes and about 1 quart refrigerator drink mix, enough base for 8 servings. The mixed drink recipe of pina colada is ready to serve....refreshing !
