INGREDIENTS
- 2 c. butter, softened
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cream butter in a large mixing bowl; gradually add sugar and spice, and beat until smooth at high speed. Stir in vanilla. Store in airtight container for 1 month in refrigerator or 3 months in
freezer.
Combine 1 tablespoon of drink mix to 1 cup boiling water; stir well. Garnish with cinnamon stick. Yield: 4 1/2 cups mix. The mixed drink recipe is ready to serve...enjoy !
